Aishop Terms of Service

Aishop helps businesses manage customer conversations with an AI assistant, shared inbox, human handoff, operational capabilities, and connected customer channels such as web widget, Telegram, custom API, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Facebook Pages.

You must provide accurate account information and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for notifying us at info@servanticlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may connect only channels, pages, accounts, phone numbers, or business assets that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for providing required customer notices, obtaining required permissions, and following the policies of each connected channel provider.

• Do not use Aishop for spam, phishing, fraud, or deception.
• Do not connect Meta assets without business authorization.
• Do not use Aishop for scraping, advertising profiling, or unauthorized bulk messaging.
• Do not transmit illegal, hateful, exploitative, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
• Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to abuse the service or connected providers.

Aishop may include free, paid, usage-based, or custom plans. Paid subscriptions, credits, and related billing records may be processed through Paddle or another payment provider. Plan limits and included channels may vary by subscription tier.

Aishop depends on third-party providers for hosting, security, payments, model inference, and channel integrations. Provider outages, policy changes, permission changes, or account restrictions may affect availability or connected channel behavior.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. The connected business remains responsible for reviewing important responses, configuring the assistant appropriately, and complying with laws and channel policies.
