Data Deletion Instructions

Send an email to info@servanticlabs.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

• Your business name, if you use Aishop as a business customer.
• The email address used for your Aishop account.
• The Meta channel or asset involved, such as Instagram, Messenger, Facebook Page, or WhatsApp Business.
• Whether you want a connected channel removed or the full Aishop account and related data deleted.

Depending on the request and legal retention obligations, we delete or anonymize connected channel configuration, channel user identifiers, customer records, stored conversation history, AI assistant settings, and related operational records.

We acknowledge deletion requests and complete eligible deletion within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for billing, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

If you connected Aishop through a Meta product, you can remove Aishop from your Meta account or business settings and then email us using the instructions above. We will delete or anonymize Meta-derived data that Aishop stores for the connected business or channel, subject to legal retention requirements.
