Aishop Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Servantic AI processes personal data for Aishop accounts, customer conversations, billing, infrastructure, and connected Meta channels.

1. Controller

Aishop is operated by Servantic AI. For privacy questions or data subject requests, contact info@servanticlabs.com.

2. Data we process

Account data such as name, email address, and preferences.
Billing and subscription records processed through Paddle.
Conversation content and metadata required to provide the Aishop AI assistant, inbox, handoff, and channel features.
Connected channel configuration for Telegram, web widget, custom API, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Facebook Pages.
Security and technical logs such as IP address, browser information, request timestamps, and error diagnostics.

3. How we use data

To create, secure, and operate Aishop accounts.
To route customer messages to the connected business inbox.
To generate AI assistant replies and support human handoff.
To manage billing, subscription limits, support, and security.
To comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.

4. Meta channel data

When a business connects a Meta product to Aishop, permissions are used only to receive authorized customer messages, display them in the Aishop inbox, send AI or operator replies, manage channel connection status, and support operational workflows such as appointments, FAQs, lead capture, and human handoff.

We do not sell Meta channel data. We do not use Meta channel data for advertising targeting, scraping, unauthorized bulk messaging, or access to consumer accounts that the connected business has not authorized.

5. Service providers

Aishop may use infrastructure, payment, security, model, and channel providers including Vercel, Cloudflare, Railway, Paddle, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta Platforms. Providers process data only as needed to deliver the service, maintain security, or satisfy legal obligations.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account, billing, security, and conversation data for as long as needed to provide Aishop, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support the connected business. Eligible data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
